I currently work as a Talent Acquisition Analyst for CalSTRS. In my role I work with hiring managers to ensure more equitable hires, analyze trends in recruitment, contribute to our Talent Acquisition strategy, and reach out to candidates at local career fairs.

In addition to the outreach work I do with CalSTRS, I also work directly with NxtGov, a non-profit that supports the innovation, collaboration, and improvement of California civil service. I was honored to give a series of talks for this organization at Department of General Services in May of 2019 and those presentations are publicly available here.
